Ok today isn't so much what I DID do but its more of what I DIDN'T do....I have been dealing with a bill from a doctors appointment in 1/23/07--yes 2007...well now they sent me to collections (don't worry its be canceled). But I was on the phone for 3 hours with my insurance and the billing company trying to get this fixed-which I have done every 3-6months since I got the first bill. The fact that I kept my cool and DIDN'T yell at them or get snippy with them as my good deed for the day---TRUST ME IT WAS HARD!
